Field Service

For various technical problems that cannot be solved by phone, the company will send an engineer to the site to solve the problem in a short time. When the user needs to repair or replace the damaged product, the company will be based on the specific cause of the product damage, such as the company's product quality problems during the warranty period free replacement or repair, due to human reasons caused by the system or equipment damage, replacement and repair costs by the customer.

Interview/Return Visit

After the completion of the project, telephone follow-up visits will be made twice within one month, and then once every quarter. At the same time, face-to-face visits will be organized once every six months. Moreover, the company will hold customer technical exchanges and learning activities from time to time.

Project handover

After the company's engineering and technical personnel have passed the installation and commissioning, they will be formally handed over to the user and put into use, and the warranty period will start from the date of handover and signature.

Free Training

The company trains system managers and operators for schools free of charge. When the project is handed over, the operators can master the system use and basic troubleshooting methods; each time on-site service, targeted retraining for indefinite time.
